Refund and Cancellation Policy Because The Reset Retreat is a small, thoughtfully curated experience with limited availability, we ask that all guests review the following policy before booking:
All ticket sales are final. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest with at least 7 days’ notice before the retreat.
In the rare event that the retreat is canceled by the host, all guests will receive a full refund.
