At Erin Oostra’s Art studio, we take great care in the creation and delivery of both original art and high-quality prints. Please read below to understand our policies regarding shipping, delivery, and returns.
SHIPPING
Prints, Stickers, and Other Merchandise
All prints, stickers, and other print-on-demand products are fulfilled through Printful.
Processing Time: Typically 2–5 business days.
Shipping Time: Varies by destination. U.S. orders generally arrive within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
International Orders: Shipping times vary based on destination and may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that shipping delays can occur, especially during high-volume seasons. We appreciate your patience!
Original Artwork
Original paintings and mixed media pieces are carefully packaged and shipped by Erin herself.
Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for preparation before shipment.
Shipping Carrier: Depends on size and destination; Fedex, UPS, or USPS is typically used.
Tracking & Insurance: All original work is shipped with tracking and insurance included.
Local Pickup: Available in Ellensburg, WA. Please contact Erin to arrange.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Prints, Stickers, and Other Printful Items
Because these items are made to order through Printful, returns or exchanges are not offered unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order is misprinted, damaged, or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Include clear photos of the issue.
We will work with Printful to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Original Artwork
Each original piece is one-of-a-kind and carefully handled before shipping. Due to the nature of these works:
Returns are not permitted for original artwork due to customization, handling, and shipping costs.
However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase—concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If your artwork arrives damaged or you have any issues, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with detailed photos and we’ll do our best to find a resolution.
